Cancer care has reached a stage where diagnosis alone no longer provides enough information for clinicians to justify therapy selection, pathway design or investment in advanced decision-support systems. Oncology teams already rely on genomic testing, PD-L1 expression analysis, imaging and clinical judgment, yet many patients still receive therapies that deliver limited benefit, create unnecessary toxicity or delay more appropriate treatment options.
