There are two primary methods of application for these kairomone based innovative products. Attract & Trap and Attract & Kill. Attract & Trap method is particularly suited for use in greenhouses and small horticultural settings. Attract and Kill method is well suited for broad-acre crops and epitomized by the company’s flagship product, BioAttract.

BioAttract is a spray-able kairomone blend formulated to attract adult males and females of Lepidoptera pest species such as Heliothis and Spodoptera which are prevalent in broad-acre crops, horticulture and cottage farming. It acts as an agricultural adjuvant, enhancing the efficacy of existing pesticide treatments.

Substantial economic advantages complement these innovations, with BioAttract offering significant benefits by eliminating the need for full-coverage sprays by reducing spraying to approximately 2% of the field size for equivalent pest control outcomes. This feature enables rapid application across large crop areas, offering a practical solution for intensive farming operations. BioAttract’s strip spraying suitability additionally minimizes chemical pesticide usage, labor time and equipment costs, proving to be invaluable for rapid interventions in emergency control scenarios.

By design, BioAttract’s only needs to mix with significantly less amount of insecticide, aids in management of pesticide-resistant pests. Bioattract minimizes phytotoxicity and chemical residues and is safer for beneficial insects.

Bioglobal has responded to the global challenge posed by the migration of Fall Armyworms with the most recent delivery of BioAttract-FAW. This product provides a novel alternative to monitor and control the worldwide devastating spreading insect. Additionally, the company has expanded its product lineup with the introduction of “SemioLure- OFM”, a poison-free lure that can rightly supplement the current mating disruption products and chemical treatments for the control of the oriental fruit moth (OFM).
